If You're Happy is a popular repetitive kids' song. Like many familiar songs, it has many different versions.

The origin of the song is unknown, although some say it was a Latvian folk song that was reworked in English.

The music is attributed to Isaak Dunayevsky, as his song written for the 1938 Soviet film Volga-Volga is almost identical.
